Real availability, resales, installment terms and promos — before they reach the newsletters. Your client gets current numbers, not “let me check and get back”.

Full sales kit

Presentations (EN/RU/TH/CN), floor plans, price lists, photos and renders — a partner portal with the complete kit after the agreement is signed.

Deal support

The group’s lawyers, help with the FET transfer and registration, remote signing. Your client gets the same service as my own.

What’s the commission?

Market-rate — it depends on the project and zone, plus bonuses. I give exact numbers on a call or in person: the developer doesn’t publish them openly.

I’m not in Phuket — can I work remotely?

Yes. Many partners sell from other countries: video viewings, materials, remote signing. Your client doesn’t have to fly to the island.

Who handles the client, and how are they locked to me?

As we agree: you run the deal with our support — or hand over the contact, I run the deal and your commission stays yours. Client registration locks the client to you.
